Nasrallah addressed for the very first time on Friday and blamed the US for the war in Gaza and the high civilian death toll. He said Hamas allies were unaware of the plans for the Oct. 7 attack, and if they had another choice “would have been silence and death.”

He said in his much-hyped speech “Some claim Hezbollah is about to join the fray. I tell you: We have been engaged in this battle since October 8,” and also added:

“Some would like Hezbollah to engage in an all-out war, but I can tell you: What is happening now along the Israeli-Lebanese border is significant, and it is not the end.”

Who Is Hassan Nasrallah Wife?

Nasrallah was born in 1960 in Beirut and became a cleric at Shiite seminaries in Iran and Iraq after his graduation. Hadsan joined Hezbollah in the early 1980s and he was appointed the leader of the group in 1992 by Israeli forces.
